For the last two decades there is B.J.P. government in Gujarat. Many slogans have been coined by its leaders, for ex, Vibrant Gujarat, Swarnim Gujarat, Jitega Gujarat etc. And to the credit of CM Narendra Modi there has been some development work in and around Ahmedabad – Gandhinagar area.
ReplyDeleteBut for the people living in peripheral regions such as Palanpur, what can be constituted as development. What is the change in this small north Gujarat town? A simple example is the conditions of roads in this district headquarter. They are in the worst condition, until the declaration of elections. Palanpuris hope that there is election every 6 months, so at least there will be better management of roads.
Some leaders have done very good job in creating illusion of development. But this is the chance for the people of palanpur. Before you go to the polling booth, THINK. Do not let the hoardings fool you. Do not live under the illusion of development. Open your eyes and look around. Do you see any CHANGE?
There are ‘good people’ and then there are ‘said good people’. Beware of such ‘said good people’. They just want to move ahead in their political career. And such people do not mind stepping on ANYTHING, in this case palanpuris.
